Only the channels you authorise
DealZen only ever reads a channel you explicitly connect, and can disconnect at any time. Nothing is monitored, scraped or accessed without that explicit authorisation.
Encrypted at rest
Message content and channel credentials — access tokens and session data — are encrypted before they're stored, so those are never kept as plain text in our database.
Your workspace is yours alone
Every business runs in its own isolated workspace. Nobody outside your account sees your leads, your messages, or your business profile.
Nothing is sent without you
Every AI-drafted reply requires your explicit tap before it reaches a lead. There is no autonomous-send mode active in the current pilot, and every approved, edited or skipped action is logged.
Where we’re still maturing
Today’s encryption key is managed as a protected server-side secret. Moving it to hardware-backed key management — a dedicated key-management service — is on our roadmap, not yet complete. Some routing details — the phone number, email address or display name a message arrived from — are also still stored without encryption. Extending encryption to cover them is work we’ve committed to, though it isn’t scheduled yet. We’d rather tell you both of these directly than imply a stronger guarantee than what’s live today.
What we don’t do
- No unauthorised scraping.

- No autonomous outbound messages in the current pilot.
- No access to channels you haven’t connected.
