Privacy Policy

Account details you provide directly: name, email, phone (optional), business details, and payment information for paid plans.

Channel content you authorise us to read: WhatsApp messages, Instagram DMs, Gmail threads, networking referral sheets — only for channels you actively connect.

Usage telemetry: which features you use, how often, and error reports. We never capture message content in telemetry.

To score and qualify your incoming leads using our AI models.

To improve your workspace's scoring accuracy based on feedback you give.

To send transactional emails (verification, password resets, billing receipts). We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.

Customer data is stored in Indian data centres (Mumbai region) operated by our infrastructure providers. We do not transfer your conversation data outside India for processing.

AI model inference may occur on infrastructure outside India only when explicitly opted-in by your workspace administrator in settings.

Sub-processors strictly necessary to run the service: our hosting provider, our payment processor (Razorpay), and our transactional email provider.

We never sell your data. We never share conversation content with advertisers or third parties.

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data at any time. Use Settings → Privacy to export or delete your workspace.

You have the right to withdraw consent for specific processing (e.g. AI training from your data) at any time without affecting other service access.

You may file a grievance with our Grievance Officer (contact below) or with the Data Protection Board of India.

Active workspace data is retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted workspaces are purged from primary systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

Billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with Indian tax law.
