By creating a DealZen account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you're signing up on behalf of a business, you warrant that you have authority to bind that business.

DealZen provides AI-assisted lead qualification, scoring, and conversation management. The specific features included depend on your current plan.

We strive for 99.5% uptime on paid plans. Planned maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance.

You are responsible for the legality of messages you ingest into DealZen — in particular, that you have lawful basis to process the contact data of people messaging you.

You must not use DealZen to send spam, impersonate others, or process data without consent.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay.

You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months.

Refunds on annual plans are available within 14 days of purchase — see our Refunds page for the full policy.

You retain all rights to data you provide. You grant DealZen a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service for you.

DealZen retains all rights to the software, AI models, and derived analytics we produce.

DealZen's aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for business decisions you make based on DealZen's AI scoring. Our scores are recommendations, not guarantees.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where feasible.

On termination, you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
