Built by people who kept losing leads too.

DealZen is built and supported directly by The Web Doctor, based in Mumbai, India. There’s no layer of account managers between you and the people who wrote the code — if something’s wrong, you talk to the team that built it.

The problem DealZen solves is an ordinary one: real business opportunities arrive inside WhatsApp chats, Telegram groups, referral introductions and Gmail — and there’s no system that automatically notices, qualifies and follows up on them. Business owners end up depending on memory, sticky notes, and a CRM they never quite get around to updating. Leads that deserved a same-day reply get answered a week late, or never.

DealZen exists to close that gap without asking you to change how you already work — it reads the channels you’re already using, scores what it finds, and gets out of the way until there’s something worth your attention.

The product is early. It’s in pilot with a small group of real businesses right now, deliberately — getting the detection and scoring right for a handful of businesses matters more than looking finished for everyone at once.

Two things we keep saying

We’d rather be precise than impressive.
A scoring engine that flatters you with false positives is worse than no scoring engine. We tune for the leads that are actually there.
We’d rather be honest than impressive.
Where something is on the roadmap rather than live, the site says so — including on the security page, where it costs us the most to admit it.
