Refund & cancellation policy

Every plan includes 30 free qualified leads. You can cancel during the trial without paying anything. No credit card is required to start.

You may cancel at any time. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing cycle; we do not prorate.

Monthly plans are non-refundable after charge.

Annual plans are refundable in full within 14 days of the original purchase, no questions asked.

After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you will continue to have access until the end of the annual term.

Overage charges (₹8/lead on Starter, ₹6 on Growth, ₹4 on Pro) are billed at the end of each month.

You can set a hard cap on overages in Settings → Billing to avoid surprise charges.

Enterprise contracts are governed by a separate Master Service Agreement. Refund terms are as specified in that MSA.

Email billing@dealzen.ai from the address on your account. We will process eligible refunds within 7 business days via the original payment method.
